Crimson Desert

Crimson Desert has been a huge hit, having sold over 6 million copies and prompting developer Pearl Abyss to support the game with updates and new content long after its release. The team is adding even more: announcing that cross-save support, a highly requested feature, would be added to the game today.

Patch 1.14.00 introduces cross-save support for every platform except macOS, which is coming at a later date. In order to opt in for cross save, you’ll have to select the new cross-save option in the save menu, which redirects to a cross-save management page. Here, you’ll be able to link the different platforms you play on and link it to your Pearl Abyss ID. After you link your accounts, return to the game and select refresh in the cross-save settings. After that, you’ll be able to select a cross-save slot to play across all of the platforms you own Crimson Desert on.

We enjoyed our time with Crimson Desert’s dense open world and intricate RPG mechanics. Check out our full review here.
